Results are posted.  Incredible though, 100 milers 48 started and only 20 finished 42% finish rate, 50 milers 85 started and 68 finished 80% finish rate, seems like the 100 took a toll on everyone.

I also forwarded the html file to Craig to post on the IVS website.  Great job to everyone, finishers and those who threw their money down and decided to take the challenge, you are all awesome!!!

Bloom,
Sorry to see you didn't make the 100, but in those conditions (the mud followed by the heat) 90 is pretty darn good.

I think I might be hooked on this ultra thing now!

OftenRunning, welcome to the dark side.  You'll find the people here very friendly.  Good job on Saturday.  That's a brutal course without the heat and mud added in.

Dave,
Move Farmdale to a Sunday, and I'm there.  As it is, coaching takes precedent.  BTW, we had a meet with Eureka and Farmington and few Eureka girls were talking about how long a 2 mile race would be.  I mentioned that I was running a 50 mile race and they said I soundly like this teacher at their school.

Moving the day is out of my hands!  That is up to the two Clydesdale CRUD dudes.  Do coach high school or middle school track?

42 percent of the 100 milers finished?  That is actually pretty good for McNaughton.

If you feel good during an ultra, don't worry. You'll get over it.

Mike,
Thanks for putting together my splits and getting me on the finishers list.  Although you could have given me some faster times.  I was kinda hoping I'd win this thing!  Smiley

No problem Irongirl, you would have had better split times if you had signed up for the "special splits" and "2 for 1 loops" before the race  Wink  Great job though.  If I were you though I would not wear the bunny ears at Arkansas Traveller, you just may get shot.
